Christine Irvine

Ms. Irvine has been with The Pasha Group since 1986. Prior to joining the company she was affiliated with AFI Worldwide Forwarders, which was subsequently purchased by Pasha in 1980. As the organization has grown substantially during her tenure, her leadership and oversight of the Human Resources department has proven to be a key component to the successful integration of Pasha’s planned acquisitions and expansion strategy. Today Ms. Irvine’s responsibilities include employee development, overall development planning and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and policies (including Human Resources and Payroll service models) and employer branding. In addition she oversees all benefit programs, compensation and total rewards management and employee Health & Welfare programs.
