Frederick Sun is currently an outpatient physical therapy intern at the Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine & Athletic Trauma and assists in physical therapy at Mount Sinai Queens and Jamaica Hospital. With extensive experience in acute care rehabilitation and outpatient settings, Frederick has held various roles, including research assistant at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where participation in NIH grant research took place. Previous positions include assisting in physical therapy at North Shore University Hospital and Flushing Hospital Medical Center, and serving as a physical therapist assistant at The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation & Nursing and CareRite Centers. Frederick is pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Lehman College and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant.
