Mandy Marin

Mandy Marin currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Pavilion Behavioral Health System since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mandy held various leadership positions at Target from November 2018 to April 2024, including Store Director and Executive Team Lead for Human Resources. Mandy's career in retail management also includes serving as Store Manager at maurices from November 2010 to November 2018. Mandy holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from Olivet Nazarene University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from both Olivet Nazarene University and Universidad de Granada.
