Shaun Doherty

Shaun Doherty is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at The Pavilion Behavioral Health System since June 2024. Prior to this role, Shaun held various leadership positions at UHS, where from June 2017 to June 2024, Shaun served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Between 2013 and 2017, Shaun worked as Nursing Supervisor and Director of Admissions at Arbour Hospital. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership and Administration from Aspen University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from UMass Boston.
