Nader Abadi

Nader Abadi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group, an investment bank in Chicago. Nader is responsible for providing M&A advisory, debt and equity capital raising, and other strategic consulting services to lower middle market companies. Prior to this, Nader was a Managing Partner at 313 Capital, where they focused on debt placement and transaction advisory for lower middle market and middle market companies. Nader implemented a digital+human approach using advanced technology and data tools to achieve optimal results for clients.

Nader also served as an Investment Director at Liquidity Group, leading the expansion of the investment and business development teams in the U.S. market. Nader played a crucial role in providing non-dilutive capital to late-stage startups, SaaS and tech-enabled companies, and other high-growth businesses. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of Ann Arbor, where they specialized in commercial lending.

Earlier in their career, Nader gained experience as an Associate at Monroe Capital LLC, where they focused on direct investing in middle market and lower middle market companies. Nader provided debt and equity co-investments to firms undergoing recapitalization, refinancing, acquisition, and expansion. Nader also worked as a Corporate Ratings Associate at S&P Global Ratings, covering a portfolio of real estate companies and REITs. Nader started their career as a Mortgage Banker at JP Morgan Chase and later served as the Director of Mortgage Banking at Quicken Loans.

Nader Abadi pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Nader then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2015.
