Reynolds C. Bish

Reynolds C. Bish serves as the CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors at Tungsten Automation since July 2017, following the company's rebranding from Kofax. In addition to this role, Reynolds is a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Pegasus School, an independent private school established in 1984. Previously, Reynolds held a position on the Board of Directors at Diebold Nixdorf from April 2019 to April 2023, and at Guidance Software until its successful sale to OpenText in 2017. Leadership experience includes serving as Vice President at Lexmark International and President of Lexmark Enterprise Software, CEO of Kofax, and co-founding Captiva Software, where Reynolds served as CEO and Board Member. Educational background includes a degree from Penn State University, completed in 1974.
