Melissa Chatelain

Melissa Chatelain has extensive experience in customer service, coaching, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at The BayPay Forum since January 2018, Melissa previously held the same position at the same company from January 2016 to April 2017 and completed an internship there from June 2010 to January 2014. In addition, Melissa has been a Swim Instructor at The Peninsula Golf & Country Club and a Swim Coach at EXOS|MediFit since January 2017 and January 2014, respectively, focusing on teaching young children the fundamentals of swim teams. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Paykademy and Merchant Relations at Samsung Pay. Melissa also led the Redwood City Sharks as Head Coach from May 2013 to July 2015, emphasizing skill development and competition among youth swimmers. Education includes ongoing studies at Irvine Valley College and a diploma from Sequoia High School.
