Jean-Baptiste Thiphagne

Jean-Baptiste Thiphagne is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in front office and housekeeping management. Since May 2024, Jean-Baptiste has served as the Director of Front Office at The Peninsula Hotels, following a tenure as Front Office Manager at The Connaught from March 2022 to May 2024. Previous roles include Assistant Front Office Manager at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah and Acting Director of Housekeeping at The Peninsula Hotels during a transitional period. Jean-Baptiste began a career trajectory in hospitality with positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, InterContinental Hotels, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Jean-Baptiste holds a BTS in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Peyreffite Tourisme and a Baccalaureat from Lycée CFA François Rabelais.
