Austin Harman

Austin Harman is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in audio-visual production and technology management. As the Founder and CEO of The Penn Group, which includes Penn Audio, Austin Harman Designs, and Austin Harman Mixes, leadership began in May 2024. Previously, from April 2019 to April 2020, Harman served as the Production Director at One Church, where responsibilities included overseeing a significant AVL project that transformed the church's digital presence. Prior experiences also comprise a role as a FOH Sound Engineer at Life.Church (2015-2018), focusing on live music reproduction and team development, and as President and Co-Founder of Red Hair Computer Repair (2015-2018), which became the top-rated computer repair service in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Harman's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, specializing in Management Information Systems and Information Assurance.
