Catherine Clements-Jenkins

Catherine Clements-Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Catherine started their career in 1995 at Highmark Blue Shield as a Customer Service Supervisor and worked there until 2001. Catherine then joined Milton Hershey School, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Recruiter and Coordinator of Employee Development. Catherine'stime at Milton Hershey School lasted from 2006 to 2015. Since 2015, Catherine has been working at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission as an Equal Employment Opportunity/ADA Officer. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Catherine Clements-Jenkins completed their Bachelor of Humanities degree at Penn State University. Catherine then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) at Saint Francis University. In addition to their formal education, Catherine has obtained several certifications including the EEOC Training Institute - New EEO Investigator Certificate from the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in August 2015, the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in April 2014, and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2007.
