Ashlei Sullivan

Ashlei Sullivan has a diverse work experience in various roles related to quality assurance and management in the mental health and social service sectors. From 2020 onwards, they have been working as the Clinical Quality Assurance Director at The People Concern, where they oversee contract compliance, supervises a team for processing claims and invoices, and provides training and support to service providers. Prior to this, Ashlei served as a Board Member at the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on culturally sensitive services for individuals with special needs. Ashlei also worked as a Mental Health Quality Assurance Director at Olive Crest from 2015 to 2020. Ashlei has previous experience in quality assurance roles at Pacific Lodge Boys' Home, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, and Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic, where they contributed to program evaluation, training, and quality management. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay Inc. from 2013 to 2017, offering personalized beauty consultations and services to clients.

Ashlei Sullivan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside in the years 2003-2007. Ashlei then pursued their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from California State University, Northridge from 2015-2017.
