In 2016, they moved to Cloud9 People, where they were the Director of Creative Solutions. In 2017, they joined Kier Group as the Reporting and Insights Analyst. Currently, Luigi H. is the Head of Data & Analytics at The People Experience Hub.
Luigi H. started their educational career at Ashcroft High School. Luigi then went on to attend Luton Sixth Form College, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate degree.
