Shilpa Bibin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Chief HR Practitioner and a founding member of The People Factor since March 2017, Shilpa focuses on delivering tailored HR expertise to entrepreneurs. In the role of Leader - People Function at Azim Premji Foundation from March to December 2023, Shilpa built teams and established policies for a new Health portfolio. Previously, Shilpa served as Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Human Resources Consultant at Make A Difference, where responsibilities included strategy formulation in areas such as talent management and training. Shilpa's earlier positions included HR Consultant at Northern Trust Corporation and Senior Manager - Human Resources at Neev Information Technologies, where strategic HR programs were successfully implemented during a period of growth. Shilpa began the HR career at The HR Practice after completing an MBA from the University of Bradford and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.
