Martin Hauck is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Co-Founder of Purple Umbrella, a fractional people ops consultancy established in March 2023. As the Founder of The People People Group since June 2017, Martin has cultivated a global community of over 5,000 HR, Recruitment, and Operations professionals dedicated to enhancing the employee and candidate experience. Martin's previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Caseware, where leadership expanded a recruitment team significantly, and Director of People & Culture at Coinsquare. Early in the career journey, Martin founded a recruitment business and worked in various recruitment and talent management roles, contributing to organizations like StackAdapt and Rangle.io. Martin holds a Human Resources Management Essentials Certificate from the University of Toronto.
