David Chavez is the Head of Engineering at The People Platform, responsible for leading Engineering and DevOps to extract insights from large mobility data sets and develop customer APIs since November 2022. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Avaya, where roles ranged from Vice President overseeing mobile and quantum security innovation to Chief Technical Officer advocating for technical initiatives with various stakeholders. Chavez has also contributed to Lucent Technologies and Bell Labs, focusing on next-generation platform development and architecture. David Chavez holds an Executive Education in Business Strategy from Stanford University and advanced degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado State University and New Mexico State University, respectively.
