Heather McMillan

Heather McMillan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at LinQuest since October 2021, Heather also teaches piano at Heather O's Piano Studio, a self-owned business established in June 2014. Previously, Heather was the Manager of Facilities and Operations at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and managing a $12 million Gala Flooring system. Earlier career roles include serving as a Server at Joe's Crab Shack and holding leadership positions within the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, including Infantry Band Drum Major and Combined Band Major Unit Executive Officer. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University and a Certificate of Completion from Codeup.
