Doreen O'Skea

Doreen O'Skea, CFRE, serves as the Development Director at The Peregrine Fund, focusing on resource expansion for scientists and conservationists dedicated to saving birds of prey worldwide. Previously, Doreen held significant roles, including Director of Legacy and Leadership Giving at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, where a national legacy giving program was developed that secured over $7 million in contributions within three years, and co-led a major gifts team generating $15 million annually for the operating budget. Doreen's earlier experience includes Director of Alumni Relations at Southern Oregon University, where a capital gifts fundraising plan raised over $10 million, and Account Executive at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, building partnerships with universities for Microsoft Research. Doreen has also directed numerous large-scale events across various institutions, contributing to significant fundraising campaigns. Education includes a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Management from the University of Portland.
