Max Moullin is an experienced professional in performance management and operational research, currently serving as the Director of the Public Sector Scorecard Research Centre since October 2012. This role involves using an integrated strategy mapping and performance measurement framework that has been implemented globally across six continents. In addition to this position, Max holds roles as a Fellow at The Performance Institute and a Member of the EHFF European Health Futures Forum, while also serving as a Senior Consultant for Balanced Scorecard Institute EMEA. Previously, Max was a Principal Lecturer at Sheffield Business School, specializing in Quality and Performance Management, and has contributed to various committees and boards focused on healthcare quality improvement and operational excellence. Max earned a Master of Science in Management & Operational Research from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from the University of Southampton.
