Hardik Dave

Hardik Dave is an experienced IT and project management professional with a robust background in business systems transformation and support. Currently serving as the Head of Business Systems Transformation at The Perfume Shop since 2014, Hardik has held several key roles including Lead Project Manager, IT Project Manager, and Junior Project Manager, where responsibilities include program management, budget development, and producing management reports. Previously, from 2006 to 2014, Hardik worked at IKEA IT as Deputy Helpdesk Manager and IT Analyst, providing critical IT support, managing helpdesk operations, and ensuring successful implementation of retail systems. Hardik holds an MSc in Business Information Technology with a focus on IT Management from Middlesex University.
