Leah is the founder of The Perk, a Leadership & Culture development studio, as well as Culture Community, a platform that brings culture enthusiasts together. Leah has also co-founded MAVAN, a company supporting military spouses, and served as the VP of Finance, Operations, People & Culture at healthfinch. Leah has directed financial processes for start-ups at Fine Point Consulting, and provided audit and attest services at RSM US LLP. Leah holds a B.S. in Business/Commerce from DePaul University.
