Stuart Mackintosh

Stuart Mackintosh has a long history of work experience. In 1999, they founded and became the CEO of OpusVL, a company involved with the implementation of Open Source business management software. In 2011, they became the CTO and partner of REVIVE PREPAID MANAGEMENT LIMITED, where they served as the technical authority and strategic lead, focusing on accounting and finance processes and integrations. In 2013, they became the owner of Xi software Limited. In 2014, they became the Director and co-founder, Chairman, and Membership Secretary & Liaison Officer of OpenUK. In 2019, they became the President of The Perl Foundation. In 2022, they became the Business Ready Mentor of the University of Warwick Science Park.

Stuart Mackintosh's education history includes attending South Kilworth Primary School from 1978 to 1984, Lutterworth High School from 1984 to 1987, and Lutterworth Grammar School from 1987 to 1989. In 2014, they attended Aston Business School, where they obtained a Goldman Sachs GS10kSB in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Founders4Schools: one for speaking at Greenwood Academy in Birmingham in September 2016, and one for speaking at Percy Shurmer Academy in Birmingham in July 2016.
