Farha Cleak

Farha Cleak has a diverse work experience in various roles related to communications, marketing, and program development. Farha is currently working as an Employee Engagement Lead at Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Cockburn as a Lead Culture & Transformation from April 2021 to September 2023 and as an Internal Communications Officer from August 2018 to April 2021. Farha also worked at the City of Canning as a Public Relations and Marketing Advisor for a brief period in 2018. Farha has experience in coordinating communications campaigns, engaging stakeholders, and implementing digital marketing strategies. Before that, Farha worked at the City of Cockburn as a Communications Consultant from November 2016 to February 2017. Farha successfully advocated for infrastructure funding and collaborated with different organizations to streamline processes. Farha has also worked at the City of Armadale as an Economic Development Officer from November 2015 to July 2016, where they focused on media opportunities and corporate publications. Additionally, they worked as a Media and Communications Officer from September 2011 to November 2015, managing communications for lobbying campaigns. Farha's earlier experience includes roles at the City of Gosnells as a Program Development Officer from December 2010 to September 2011 and as a Marketing Officer from April 2010 to December 2010. In these positions, they managed community programs, coordinated events, and collaborated with different departments for program promotion and safety protocols.
