Tony Savage

Tony Savage is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of The Pharma Recruiters, specializing in BioPharma and Medical Device Recruiting as well as Healthcare Consulting since 2018. In this role, Tony manages client relationships and oversees business development and operations across the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Animal Health, Veterinary, Medical Device, and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to this, Tony served as Vice President of Sales & Business Development for Precise CBD and Nutraceuticals from January 2021 to December 2022, focusing on product development, branding, and go-to-market strategies in the healthcare industry. From 2013 to 2017, Tony co-founded Care Matters in TN, LLC, and held the position of Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing home care agency operations, P&L management, and the implementation of successful marketing and sales plans.
