Jim Mitchell has extensive experience in security and loss prevention, with a career spanning multiple organizations since 1986. Currently serving in a security and operations role at Saint-Gobain since March 2016, Jim is responsible for monitoring alarm activity across North America and conducting training on safety protocols, including active shooter scenarios. Previous roles include security positions at Kimmel Center, Inc. and Salus University, as well as leadership positions such as Security Supervisor at Barnes Foundation and Asset Protection Manager at Home Depot. Notably, Jim served as Director of Loss Prevention for Charming Shoppes, managing loss prevention strategies for a large multi-state retailer. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from La Salle University.
