Carolyn Hupalowsky is an experienced arts administrator currently serving as the Manager of Artistic Administration at The Philadelphia Orchestra since January 2023, overseeing guest artists’ contracts, payments, and licensing. Previous roles include Company Manager positions at OperaDelaware and Sarasota Opera, and Artistic and Rehearsal Coordinator at Houston Grand Opera, where collaboration across departments and management of schedules were key responsibilities. Carolyn also has a background in education as a bassoon and clarinet teacher and has managed significant student schedules at various music academies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Music degree, Carolyn has developed a diverse skill set in scheduling, artist management, and program coordination, complemented by proficiency in ArtsVision and Tessitura.
