Thomas Becker

Thomas Becker has over three decades of experience in fiscal operations and budget management. Currently serving as a Fiscal Operations Advisor at the Philadelphia Parking Authority since April 2022, Thomas previously held the position of Fiscal Administrator at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania from September 2014 to July 2020. Prior to that role, Thomas worked for the Philadelphia International Airport as the Assistant Director of Aviation - Budget & Central Services from 1989 until September 2014. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and completed education at Saint Joseph's Prep.
