Alecon Gloria-Rubio, JD, MBA, DPO ACE 2, CSP, is an accomplished legal and data privacy professional currently serving as the Government Sector Representative for the National Data Privacy Council since December 2022. With extensive experience at PAGCOR since November 2001, Alecon holds multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President and Data Protection Officer, overseeing the Investigation and Verification Security Group, and acting as Senior Legal Counsel in charge of litigation. Alecon's previous experience includes a role as a Legal Researcher at the Court of Appeals.
