Ealias Paulose

Ealias Paulose is an experienced senior bartender currently working at The Phoenicia Malta since June 2023, and previously held the same position at Hugo's Group Malta from April 2022 to June 2023. Ealias also served as Head Bartender at Saadiyat Rotana Resorts and Hotels from April 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included assisting guests with menu selections and maintaining a clean and stocked bar. Prior experience includes a role as a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Meydan Hotels Dubai, managing guest orders and inventory during high-profile events, and an internship at CGH Earth Experience Hotels, focusing on guest service and complaint resolution. Ealias holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Munnar Catering College, completed in 2018, alongside relevant diplomas from St. Paul's HS Veliyanad and St. Ignatious HSS Kanjiramattom.
