Silvan Camilleri has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with nearly two decades of experience in various management roles. Currently serving as a Hotel Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at The Phoenicia Malta, Silvan has also held positions such as Operations Manager at Is-Suq tal-Belt, Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Banquet Service Manager, and Restaurant Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), and Restaurant Manager at The Xara Palace Relais & Châteaux. With a strong educational foundation from the Institute of Tourism Studies - Malta, Silvan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each role Silvan undertakes.
