Marshall Litchfield

Marshall Litchfield has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as a Food & Beverage Cost Analyst at The Phoenician Resort since March 2009, where responsibilities include generating daily cost reports for the Executive Committee and conducting audits of banquet charges. Previously held the position of Food & Beverage Receiving Clerk, managing quality control for incoming food items and shipments. Prior to this, Marshall worked at Staples from February 2000 to March 2009 as an Inventory Associate, overseeing incoming shipments and performing audits. Educational background includes attendance at Valley Christian High School from 1994 to 1998.
