Manish Singh is a seasoned professional in the retail leasing sector with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Group Director & Head Retail Leasing at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. since September 2011, Manish has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President Leasing and General Manager - Leasing. Manish oversees significant properties including Phoenix Market City in various locations and serves as Joint Managing Director at Plutocrat Commercial Real Estate Private Limited. Previous experience includes positions at Pioneer Property Zone Services and Cosmos Brands International, where Manish managed brands such as Roberto Cavalli and Kenzo. Manish holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bhavan’s College and completed SSC at Hansraj Morarji Public School.
