Rashmi Sen

Rashmi Sen is an experienced executive in the retail and real estate sectors, currently serving as the CEO of Malls at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. since March 2010. With a progressive career, Rashmi has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Group Head - Leasing, Group Head - North, and Vice President - Leasing. Prior to joining The Phoenix Mills Ltd., Rashmi worked as General Manager - Marketing & Sales at Alpha G:Corp Development Pvt Ltd. and held the position of Marketing Manager at Mahindra Gesco. Rashmi began a professional career as a Media Planner at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
