Heather Kvasnak

Heather Kvasnak is an experienced professional in operational and compliance risk management with a robust background in project management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Practitioner at PhoenixTeam since July 2022, Kvasnak previously held the role of Director of Project Management at Vermont Federal Credit Union from September 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that position, Kvasnak was the Manager of Business Development at Vermont Housing Finance Agency and held various roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, including Senior Vice President and Strategy, Design, and Implementation Manager.
