Jacqueline Vidrick Frazer has held various roles in training, documentation, and management throughout their career. Jacqueline started as a Sales Associate and Corporate Trainer at Deluxe Corporation in 1991 and then worked as a Technical Instructor at Avaya Communications. Jacqueline later became a Training Manager at Fidelity National Information Services before transitioning to roles in financial services at Lighthouse1 and US Bancorp. Jacqueline then moved into leadership positions at Brighton Collectibles and Black Knight Financial Services, where they served as Vice President and Director in Business Analysis and Training. Jacqueline currently holds the position of Managing Director at PhoenixTeam, providing services to companies in the mortgage industry. Jacqueline is a certified Agile Scrum Master and is skilled in employee professional development coaching and assessments.

Jacqueline Vidrick Frazer holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the College of Saint Catherine. Jacqueline also completed an Executive Coaching Certificate program at the University of St. Thomas. Jacqueline'shigh school education was at Hill-Murray High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, Certified Scrum Master, and Executive Coach.
