Currently serving as Digital Community Manager at The Phoenix since April 2021, Bryce has held multiple roles including Digital Content Specialist and Partnerships Coordinator. As a speaker, Bryce has engaged with notable organizations such as The Detroit Pistons and Families Against Narcotics, focusing on topics like healthy fatherhood, emotional wellness, and community building. Additionally, Bryce graduated from the Koch Associate Program in May 2023, emphasizing self-actualization and nonprofit impact. Previous experience includes roles as a quality monitor and recovery coach at Detroit Recovery Project and a technician at Ford Motor Company.

The Phoenix
The Phoenix is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster a supportive, physically active community for individuals who are recovering from a substance use disorder and for those who choose to live sober. By participating in our physical, social and educational programs, participants build confidence, self-respect, and community. Activities offered include CrossFit, climbing, hiking, boxing, running, yoga, road & mountain biking, and strength training. Through traditional fundraising strategies and revenue-generating ventures, Phoenix is able to provide free programs for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety.
