Michelle Costigan

Michelle Costigan is a Program Manager at The Phoenix since November 2021, focusing on building a sober active community in Las Vegas through partnerships and free events for individuals with at least 48 hours of continuous sobriety. Prior experience includes serving as a LCADC Supervisor at The Fearless Kind, where clinical supervision was provided to CADC and LCADC interns, and a Senior Guide at Evolution Expeditions, overseeing operations and managing seasonal teams. Michelle has owned UnchARTed Territory Counseling and Art Therapy Services, providing art therapy to adults in early recovery, and held various roles in therapy and counseling at organizations such as Solutions Recovery, KishHealth System, and Rockford Health System. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Art Therapy from Adler University and additional certifications in yoga teacher training.
