Roger Thomas is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in executive chef roles, currently serving as Executive Chef Consultant at The Pickle Bar since March 2023. Previous leadership positions include Executive Chef at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills from September 2014 to August 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Roger also held the title of Executive Chef at Sheraton Suites Akron/Cuyahoga Falls from October 2005 to January 2014, where responsibilities included creating and operating the Piatto NoVo restaurant. As Chef/Proprietor of Piatto from June 2000 to October 2005, Roger earned recognition for outstanding Italian cuisine. Early career experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Ken Stewart's Grille from August 1990 to September 1996. Roger's culinary education includes training at Restaurant Michel Pasquet and Auberge de la Poste under Chef Pierre Langlois.
