Earl Wells has extensive work experience in the food industry. Earl began their career at Allens, Inc. in 1988 as the Vice President of Science and Technology, where they worked until 2009. Earl then became the Plant Manager at Allens, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they joined The Pictsweet Company as the Vice President of Technical Services.
Earl Wells obtained their Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with a focus on Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, where they attended from 1978 to 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Arkansas, completing their studies between 1984 and 1986.
