Michael Swartz

Michael Swartz is an accomplished plant engineer at The Pictsweet Company since September 2022, contributing to the processing of a diverse range of fresh vegetables. Prior to this role, Michael served as operations project manager and project development engineer at VaCom Technologies from January 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing field projects and developing energy management systems for industrial refrigeration. Michael's early experience includes participation in orientation programming at Cal Poly New Student & Transition Programs and an engineering internship at SPEC Services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2016.
