Nancy Hartmann is a seasoned professional in program management and development with extensive experience in educational and recreational settings. Currently serving as the Auxiliary Program Operations Manager at The Pike School since September 2022, Nancy also instructs swimming at Cedardale Health & Fitness and coaches at GATORS VOLLEYBALL CLUB INC. Nancy previously held key roles such as Director of Auxiliary Programs at Glen Urquhart School and Director at Brooks School Summer Programs, where significant leadership in program administration was demonstrated. With a strong foundation in human resource development (M.A. from American International College) and recreation and park administration (B.S. from University of Missouri-Columbia), Nancy has contributed to various organizations, including the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, where responsibilities included development and communications.

The Pike School
The Pike School is an independent, coeducational day school located on 35 woodland acres in Andover, Massachusetts. Its comprehensive and sequential program provides education to students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 9. Small class size and individual attention allow for social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the students within the context of the school community. The Pike School history extends back to 1926 when Cynthia E. Pike started educating six students in her home.
