Eric Ghaul

CEO at THE PINES AT WHITING

Eric became the Chief Executive Officer in April 2014. Prior to this move, he has been the Manager of Operations and Resident Services since 2000. Eric has dedicated his work to senior living for over 20 years, previously working for Crestwood Manor and the Masonic Home of New Jersey. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science from Widener University in Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with the New Jersey Department of Health.

Eric was a strategic creator of The Pines’ approach that focuses on five main components: Fitness, Recreation, Education, Spirituality, and Health. As a result of Eric’s work in this area, The Pines received the Leading Age of New Jersey “Innovation of the Year” award.

Eric has also been an active member of his community, serving on the Burlington Township Board of Education and Dollars for Scholars. Additionally, he is currently the Vice President of the Burlington Township Foundation.
