Raymond Riddick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, sales, and strategic development across various sectors, including insurance, financial services, and education. Currently serving as Regional Director/Sales VP & Compensation Consultant at Pinnacle Insurance & Financial Services, LLC since November 2011, Raymond is responsible for fostering client relationships and implementing strategic processes for external partnerships. Previously, as Diversity Relationship Manager at Prudential Financial, Raymond developed a diverse talent pipeline for advisory positions in Florida. Other notable roles include Chief Operating Officer at Family Foundations, Program Manager at Nelnet, and various managerial positions at AT&T Universal Card Services and Citibank. Raymond holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, along with executive development certifications from Emory University and Rutgers University, and a BA in Government from Wesleyan University.
