The Editorial Team at The Pitt News is responsible for producing compelling and accurate content for the university’s award-winning daily student newspaper. This includes writing and editing news articles, opinion pieces, sports coverage, and cultural reports. The team, led by the Editor-in-chief, ensures high journalistic standards and integrity, while the Multimedia Editor integrates visual elements to enhance storytelling. The Layout Editor designs the print edition, creating a visually appealing and coherent publication. Overall, this team works collaboratively to inform and engage the Pitt student body on a daily basis.
