Traci Johnson, MPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grantmaking and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Grantmaking at The Pittsburgh Foundation since February 2022, Traci has successfully implemented emergency grantmaking strategies to address community needs, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes program officer roles at POISE Foundation, where Traci employed Trust-Based Philanthropy strategies, and communications management at Denny Civic Solutions, contributing to significant funding initiatives. As the Storymobile Program Director at Reading Is Fundamental Pittsburgh, Traci developed impactful literacy programs for underserved communities. Traci's early career as Executive Director at Precious Ones Day Care included comprehensive operational improvements. Traci holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Carlow University.
