Eddie Floyd Cic

Eddie Floyd has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Eddie currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Plexus Groupe, which they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as President - Great Lakes Region at Relation Insurance Services from October 2022 to March 2023. Eddie also held the position of National Sales Integrator and Great Lakes Region Sales Leader at Relation Insurance Services from April 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Relation Insurance Services, Eddie served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rue Insurance from August 2018 to April 2021. Eddie also held various roles at Kemmons Wilson Insurance Group, including President and Senior Vice President, from February 2007 to May 2016.

Eddie has also worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Vice President from March 2017 to August 2018, and at CardiOptics Screening Services as an Interim Chief Executive Officer from May 2016 to March 2017. Their earlier experience includes working at Regions Bank as a Senior Vice President - Insurance from 2005 to 2007, and at Marsh as a Vice President from 2001 to 2005.

Eddie Floyd, CIC holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from The University of Memphis, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bartlett High School from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Eddie Floyd has also obtained certifications as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, and as a Private Pilot with an Instrument rating from the Federal Aviation Administration.
