Jane Damon has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Jane most recently worked as a VP Client Executive at The Plexus Groupe starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at AssuredPartners from 2021 to 2023. Jane also has experience as a Client Manager at Holmes Murphy & Associates from 2020 to 2021 and as a Client Manager for CSDZ, a part of Holmes Murphy, from 2020 to 2020. Before these roles, Jane held positions at Willis Towers Watson and Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Additionally, they have been actively involved in professional organizations such as DFW RIMS and CPCU Society. Jane began their career as a Commercial Account Executive at ACIG - American Contractors Insurance Group in 1989.
Jane Damon obtained their MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained a certification from the ASU GSV Summit, specifically the ASU GSV Virtual Summit in October 2020.
