Laura Cooper

Laura Cooper is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Plum Guide since July 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Just Eat Takeaway.com, including VP of Supply and Global Commercial Growth - Programme Management Lead. At Houst, Laura was the Global Head of Sales and Account Management, focusing on rebuilding the sales functions post-COVID and setting commercial objectives. Laura also gained extensive experience at Booking.com in roles such as Product Performance Manager for Benelux & Nordics and Area Manager for South East Asia & Oceania.
