Dee Ann Graffigna

Dee Ann Graffigna has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dee Ann began their career as an HR Assistant at Miller Freeman from September 1997 to September 1998. Dee Ann then transitioned to the role of a Recruiter at Miller Freeman from October 1998 to June 2000. Following that, Dee Ann worked as a Staffing Manager at TechTV, sourcing, screening, and placing professionals in various departments from June 2000 to November 2001.

Dee Ann went on to become an HR Director at Cole Food Group, where they worked from December 2001 to March 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR operations. Their next position was as an HR Director at The Carneros Inn from April 2004 to October 2016. At The Carneros Inn, Dee Ann was in charge of overseeing the HR department's day-to-day operations, policy development, safety management, and employee relations.

Currently, Dee Ann Graffigna holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The PlumpJack Group, starting in October 2016.

Dee Ann Graffigna obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute in March 2006.
