Enoch Shully

Enoch Shully, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Hospitality Operations Manager at The PlumpJack Group, overseeing operations for multiple wineries, including Cade Estate Winery and Odette Estate Winery, since May 2023. Previously, Enoch held the position of Estate Manager at Girard Winery, where responsibilities included budget creation and team leadership from June 2019 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal/Operation Manager at BIN 36 Restaurant, General Manager at Arnold's Restaurant, and Principal at Alphacom, where innovative business strategies were developed. Enoch holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of the Western Cape.
