Lisa Sedgley

Lisa Sedgley is a seasoned professional in the wine hospitality and sales industry, currently serving as the Director of Direct to Consumer Sales and Hospitality at The PlumpJack Group since June 2011. In this role, Lisa manages all aspects of Direct to Consumer business for three luxury wine brands in Napa, focusing on social media, tasting rooms, membership programs, events, and e-commerce. Prior experience includes Hospitality Manager at Grgich Hills Estate Winery, where Lisa increased revenue and visitor engagement, and Hospitality Area Manager/Event Manager at Treasury Wine Estates, overseeing budget development and event planning for Stags' Leap and Etude. Lisa began a career in consumer sales management at Jarvis Winery, highlighting a strong foundation in both sales and hospitality. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
